Please read these terms of service (“Terms”) and the accompanying Privacy Policy carefully before using the LanguageKit: Daily Vocabulary mobile application (the “App”) operated by LanguageKit (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
                
1. Description of the App
LanguageKit: Daily Vocabulary provides users with English vocabularies, definitions, and examples, translated into the user’s selected language (e.g., French). The app also offers Idioms, Tongue Twisters, and Short Stories.
                
2. User Accounts
Users are not required to create accounts to use the app.
                
3. User Responsibilities
To enhance their progress, users are encouraged to enable notifications to receive daily Vocabularies, Idioms, Tongue Twisters, and Short Stories.
                
4. Prohibited Activities
There are no prohibited activities for users.
                
5. Content Sharing
Users cannot share content within the app.
                
6. Subscription Services
The Service may offer certain special features and functionalities that are available to purchase (“Subscription”). Subscriptions can be purchased for a month and give you access to premium features. All Subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable.
                
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the app after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
